Really hard stains may require an additional treatment or double spray. All we ask is that you provide a water hose connection and the water for rinsing.

Walkable roofs can be cleaned for as little as $285 for an average 1,000 Square feet of roofing area. 2,000 Square feet walkable roofs start at $389.

Steep roofs require more work and safety but they can be cleaned as well.

We can also provide zinc strips, they are installed along the peak going along the peak in a horizontal position, this keeps the mildew and mold stains from returning.
